The Wellness Program
The Wellness Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of marginalized communities. Our mission is to raise awareness of prevalent health issues, encourage positive behavioral changes, and provide resources for preventive healthcare. It is organized to empower individuals to reduce health risks and improve their life expectancy. We focus on promoting fitness, healthy weight management, and the management of chronic health conditions, and more for the wellbeing overall.

Sleep, stress, financial wellness, homeownership readiness, and more (60–90 min; culturally responsive).
Blood Pressure Education/Hypertension Program
Join our twelve-week program designed specifically for individuals with hypertension. Through comprehensive education and personalized guidance, participants learn how to monitor and manage their blood pressure effectively. We cover topics such as understanding your numbers, implementing healthy lifestyle changes, and stress management techniques.
Stay Fit
Participate in our monthly activity and fitness program, tailored to meet your individual health needs and preferences. Whether you prefer exercising at home or joining our in-person classes, we offer a variety of activities designed to promote physical fitness and well-being. Our program focuses on addressing your unique health risks and behaviors, ensuring a personalized approach to staying active and healthy.
Faith & Community Partnerships
Co-hosted events with congregations and community sites, co-branded outreach materials to engage community members, and shared platforms for health, wellness, and resource navigation.
