Who we serve

At our core, we are dedicated to serving marginalized communities in Wake County and the surrounding areas, striving to uplift underserved families and children. Our commitment goes beyond mere service provision; we aim to break down the barriers that perpetuate healthcare inequalities among diverse populations. In addition to our efforts in Wake County, we are proud to have a Liaison Division Chapter in Nyack, New York. Through this extension of our organization, we extend the same services and resources to communities in the area, ensuring that individuals and families facing similar challenges have access to the support they need to thrive.

Through our health fairs and educational programs, we strive to empower individuals to take control of their health by providing them with the knowledge and resources they need for prevention and management of chronic health conditions.

How We Deliver

Wellness Program: Interactive workshops, coaching, and screenings that build everyday skills in nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and care navigation.

Inspired Health & Wellness Network: A community of participants and partners sharing resources, mentorship, and coordinated referrals—linking people to trusted services where they live, work, learn, and worship.

Community Outreach Initiative and Mobile Delivery Services: Mobile delivery pop-ups and health fairs that bring services to neighborhoods such as health screenings, health education, stress-reset stations, and warm handoffs to primary care and community supports.

*We are education and navigation focused—we don’t diagnose or treat, but we make it easier to access the right care at the right time.
