Inspired Health & Wellness Network

Building healthier, more connected communities through education, access, and support.

Across our communities, health is in crisis through body, mind, and spirit. Marginalized communities face higher rates of diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, while carrying the burden of chronic stress, trauma, and limited access to culturally responsive care. Wellness isn’t a luxury; it’s a right. We’re here to change the status quo by closing gaps and advancing health equity.

The Inspired Health & Wellness Network is our new community initiative designed to connect individuals, families, and organizations with practical wellness services, resources, learning opportunities, and peer support. Through trusted partnerships and a flexible mix of in-person and virtual offerings, we help people take the next right step toward better health—physically, emotionally, and financially.

This initiative was created by Dr. Tammy Smith, MPH, DrPH in partnership with Erica Jones, BCHHP, HHC, MPH, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner to serve the holistic health needs of marginalized and underserved communities. Our mission is to build accessible healing spaces that nurture the mind, body, and spirit through prevention, empowerment, and connection.

The initiative includes a future Mobile Health & Wellness Unit that brings services directly into underserved and historically excluded communities across the region. By removing barriers such as transportation, stigma, and cost, our mobile unit makes it easier for communities to access care on their terms, in their neighborhoods.
